Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu’s Visit to Italy

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu paid an official visit to Ukraine on July 21, 2014. Within the scope of his visit, Minister Çavuşoğlu firstly met with Federica Mogherini, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Italy.

After the meeting, Çavuşoğlu gave an interview for Italian Rai News 24 channel and met with Sandro Gozi, Italy’s Undersecretary of State for European Affairs. Then, Çavuşoğlu met with Fabrizio Cicchitto, Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee at the Chamber of Deputies.

In the second day of his visit, Çavuşoğlu met with representatives of “Türkiye in Europe Now” association, Finally, Çavuşoğlu met with Pier Ferdinando Casini, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Italian Senate.
