IPA II Draft Model Framework Agreement Information Meeting Has Been Held

Under the chairmanship of Ms. Beyza Turan, Director of Financial Cooperation Directorate, Ministry for EU Affairs and with the participation of the related Directorate Generals of the European Commission and all the institutions taking part in IPA II process, a comprehensive information meeting has been held concerning the basic document which sets the legal basis of IPA II period namely as “Draft Model Framework Agreement” has been held on 11 July 2014.

During the full day meeting which was designed in two sessions, detailed information was given by the European Commission about the general provisions and rules of the Agreement. In the second session, detailed discussions were made on the comments provided by the institutions to the draft Agreement text.
