122nd meeting of the EU-Türkiye Association Committee

122nd meeting of the EU-Türkiye Association Committee was held on 15 April 2014 in Brussels. Türkiye-EU Association Committee, which was established in the framework of Ankara Agreement, evaluated the technical problems arising from Partnership Relations and state of play in the accession negotiations. 

In addition to State of Play in Accession Negotiations, Political and Economic Criteria, Justice and Home Affairs, Enhanced EU-Türkiye Energy Cooperation, Transportation, Environment and Climate Change, Customs Union and Free Trade Agreement and Taxation were discussed.

Besides Ministry for EU Affairs, which coordinates the work on Association Committee, representatives of Prime Ministry, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Family and Social Policies, Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, Ministry of Customs and Trade, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Development, Ministry of  Finance, Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs, Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, Undersecretariat of Treasury, Information and Communication Technologies Authority, Ombudsman Institution and Human Rights Institution of Türkiye attended to the meeting.
