The 4th AER Black Sea Summit was held in Rize

The 4th AER Black Sea Summit took stock of the experiences and the progresses made  under the Programme “Black Sea Basin (2007 – 2013)”. Ultimately, the 4th AER Black Sea Summit pursues the objective of providing effective tools for regions to respond to the newest challenges and opportunities offered by the new financial framework 2014 – 2020. The Summit offered also the opportunity to showcase and debate about successful examples of interregional cooperation in the Black Sea Basin.
