Egemen Bağış Attended Traditional Meeting of Union of Turkish Construction Industrial Employers (INTES)

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağış attended Traditional Meeting of Union of Turkish Construction Industrial Employers (INTES) on June 4, 2013 in Sheraton Hotel as guest of honour.

In the meeting firstly the director of INTES Şükrü Koçoğlu expressed views upon the construction sector with regard to the European Union, then the Board Chairman of Limak Holding Inc. Nihat Özdemir informed the invitee about the field of activity of the company and the projects.

Delivering a speech in the meeting, the guest of honour Minister Bağış mentioned Türkiye’s gain during the European Union process. Stating that, many institutional capacity building and infrastructure projects were realized by means of EU financial support in Türkiye, Minister Bağış  explained that the most important gain of Türkiye during this process was the improvement of Turkish democracy.
