Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağış in Siirt

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator participated in the closing ceremony of the 4th training programme organized in Siirt on February 16, 2013 within the scope of “Learning the EU Chapters: Judiciary and Fundamental Rights Project”, which is supported by the British Embassy under the Reuniting Europe Programme in cooperation with the Ministry for EU Affairs, Ministry of Justice and Union of Turkish Bar Associations.

After delivering a speech in the closing ceremony, Minister Bağış has presented certificates to the participants. Closing ceremony was completed after the selection of the participants to take part in the working visit to England through lottery.

Within the scope of his visit to the province of Siirt, Minister bağış also paid a visit to the Siirt Governorship and Siirt Municipality. As a last stop in Siirt, Minister Bağış visited Siirt University where he was presented with a plaquet and a Mona Lisa portrait made of Siirt blanket.
