Egemen Bağış’s Visit to Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağış and accompanying delegation made an official visit to Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).  On October 15, 2012 Egemen Bağış was hosted by President of TRNC Derviş Eroğlu, President of the Parliament Hasan Bozer and Prime Minister İrsen Küçük.

Minister Bağış also met with Minister for Foreign Affairs of TRNC Hüseyin özgörgün. Minister Özgörgün stated that Egemen Bağış’s messages on Cyprus issue was important in showing Turkish side’s willingness and constructiveness on the solution of Cyprus issue.
