Egemen Bağış Received the Former Ambassador of Türkiye to Syria Ömer Önhon

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağış received the former ambassador of Türkiye to Syria Ömer Önhon in his office. After the meeting Bağış answered journalists' questions about the visa liberalization for Türkiye. Bağış mentioned that the decision which has been taken today about the issue is pleasing.  Bağış also continued that contrary to what is believed visa liberalization for Türkiye would provide more positive returns to Europeans than to Turks.
