Egemen Bağış Attends Global Citizenship Summit

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağış attended the Global Citizenship Summit organized in Siirt within the framework of the GapGenç Festival on May 5, 2012. By making a speech Minister Bağış stressed  Türkiye’s importance as a global actor receiving calls for global justice and stated that Türkiye is becoming a symbol of global citizenship.

After the Summit, Minister Bağış took a tour of the festival area and visited stands opened by  international students and institutions.
