Egemen Bağış Participated the Event “Hatay Days in İstanbul”

Minister for EU affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağış participated the event “Hatay Days in İstanbul” organized in Feshane International Fair Congress and Culture Center. In his speech, Bağış stated his gratefulness for feeling the tolerance atmosphere of the city of Hatay, which is also labeled as the “Capital of Tolerance” in the European Capital of Culture, İstanbul. Moreover, Bağış underlined the need of European Union for Türkiye by making reference to Türkiye’s growing economic power, democracy, young population, fraternity and tolerance messages and the values the country represents.
