Egemen Bağış Receives Can Bonomo

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağış hosted Türkiye's 2012 Eurovision Song Contest Candidate Can Bonomo on March 15, 2012. Egemen Bağış stated that he liked Can Bonomo’s song named ''Love Me Back'' with which Bonomo would represent Türkiye at the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest.  Egemen Bağış was asked about Armania’s withdrawal of the contest and he replied “We would prefer Armania’s withdrawal from Karabagh, not from the contest.”

Can Bonomo stated that he was proud to represent Türkiye in the Eurovision.
