Egemen Bağış Made an Official Visit to England

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağış paid an official visit to England. Within the scope of the visit, Minister Bağış attended the reception and the dinner given by the first heir of the United Kingdom crown, Prince Charles. In his speech, Minister Bağış stressed the importance of the opening of the chapter on food safety in the EU negotiation process.

Bağış also addressed the audience in the London School of Economics and underlined the importance of discussing Europe’s future and also he emphasized that Türkiye with a large Muslim population is an asset for Europe.
