As the Ministry of EU Affairs is the National Authority of Bulgaria-Türkiye Cross Border Cooperation Programme, EU Affairs Expert Orhan AYDIN is charged as Irregularity Officer who is responsible for determining and reporting the irregularities and submitting the information to the relevant units.
