Minister Bağış Invited Turkish Youth to Use Their Creativity for Also EU Process

Informative meeting of the "Competition of Young Communicators on the EU Path" was held under the auspices of Minister for EU Affairs Egemen Bağıþ in İstanbul on 24 November 2011.

The members of press, academicians from faculties of fine arts, communication, art and design and related vocational schools of higher education attended the meeting.

Minister Bağıþ, who presented a speech to press members and acedemicians, emphasized the significance of communication in our world that is becoming a "global village" and stated that "individuals and societies can survive and become stronger by only keeping the channels of communication open."

The competitors will participate in the competition under four categories: "TV", "Press and Outdoor Advertisement", "Radio" and "Internet and Social Media".

The winners of each category will be awarded with a trip to Brussels and Copenhagen, while the first runners-up will be awarded with a trip to Brussels and the second runners-up will receive lap-tops.
