EIPA Luxembourg Seminar Participants Receive Their Certificates

Within the framework of our bilateral cooperation with the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA), the last training on "EU Legal, Institutional and Procedural Affairs" was held for experts and assistant experts of Ministry for EU Affairs on September 27-29, 2011. The closing ceremony was held on October 19, 2011 with the presence of Act. Undersecretary Ambassador Haluk ILICAK, Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg Arlette Conzemius, Director of EIPA Luxembourg Peter Goldschmidt and Act. Deputy Undersecretary Mehmet CANGİR, PhD.

Trainings were chaired by EIPA Luxembourg trainers Juan Diego Ramirez-Cardenaz Diaz, Wolfgang Koeth and Tomasz Kramer. EU Experts and Assistant Experts of the Ministry were informed about the institutional and legal structure of the EU, changes in institutional structure of the EU after Lisbon, decision making processes in the EU, sources and structure of EU Law, and enlargement process and its effects.
