Youth Bus Departed towards Europe

On the  August 4^th, 2011 (Thursday) a training  headed "What is EU? ",  is  given to the participants who will travel  11 countries of Europe with "Youth Bus On the Europe Road" event which is an enterprise of MCD Youth Club. After the training in building of Ministry for EU Affairs, which has been conducted by EU Communication Volunteers, European Youth Bus was departured from Ortaköy Office of the Ministry for EU Affairs with the participation of Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağıþ, on the August  5^th, Friday.

53 young EU volunteers, participated in the event, "Youth Bus on the Europe Road" which is accomplished with the support of Ministry for EU Affairs, also carried out as a part of  "European Year of Volunteering, 2011", will help to make a connection between Türkiye and 11 European countries. Each of them as a cultural ambassador will contribute to establish better understanding of consciousness of volunteering and also better and more positive ideas in Europeans' minds about Türkiye with the events of "Cultural Markets" which will be held in 11 countries, on their routes.
