Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) Programming Seminar and Workshops Were Held
The seminar on Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) Multiannual Sectoral Programming Approach was held on 25th of May 2011 at Bilkent Hotel & Conference Center, Ankara.
IPA beneficiary institutions, other stakeholders, national bodies responsible for the utilization and management of IPA funds, European Commission and EU Delegation to Türkiye were represented in the seminar.
Deputy Secretary General of EU Affairs Mr. Ahmet YÜCEL made the opening speech of the seminar and emphasized the importance of effective use of pre-accession funds. In the afternoon workshop sessions, in accordance with the seven MIPD sector priorities of new programming period 2012-2013 period sector priorities were discussed in the context of Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA) component I.
