Memorandum of Understanding of the "Turkish Local Media on the EU Path Project" Was Signed

"Turkish Local Media on the EU Path" was officially introduced with the signature of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the EUSG and the British Embassy on May 25, 2011by a a ceremony organized under the auspices of Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağıþ. The MoU signed by H.E. Ambassador Haluk Ilıcak on behalf of EUSG and H.E.David Reddaway on behalf of British Embassy marked the initiation of a series of informative seminars that will be held in ten different regions of Türkiye.

The ceremony organized in the EUSG İstanbul Office was attenmded by general consuls of the EU Member States, governors, deputy governors, district governors and mayors of İstanbul as well as journalists and members of local press.
