Training of National Info Points for Black-sea Basin Cross Border Cooperation Programme
The training of National Info Points selected for ENPI Black Sea Basin Cross Border Component which is implemented by Secretariat General for EU Affairs as the National Authority was carried out in Samsun on 21 April 2011. Representatives from Secretariat General for EU Affairs (National Authority) Central Finance and Contract Unit (Contract Authority) Undersecretariat of State Planning Organization as well as representatives of the Çorum, Edirne, Karabük, Samsun and Trabzon Governorships selected as National Info Points participated to the training.

ENPI Black Sea Basin Cross Border Cooperation Programme, functions of National Info Points, second call for proposal which will be announced in this April, guidelines for applicants of the second call for proposal, project application form and its annexes were presented by Secretariat General for EU Affairs and Central Finance and Contract Unit representatives in the training conducted for the relevant staff of governorships which are selected as National Info Points for ENPI Black Sea Basin Programme under second component of Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA). During the event while questions of the National Info Points about the mentioned Programme were replied opinions and comments of participants as to the next call were also noted.
