Egemen Bağış Pays Official Visit to France

Within the framework of his official visit to France, Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağıþ and French Minister for European Affairs Laurent Wauquiez met over a working lunch on April 6, 2011. Bilateral relations and Türkiye's EU accession process were discussed in the meeting. Egemen Bağıþ expressed that accession process was affected negatively by France and Greek Administration of Southern Cyprus's blockages.

Within the framework of his contacts in Paris, Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağıþ met with French Minister for Agriculture bruno le Maire and delivered a speech at the conference themed "Turkish-EU Relations" in Faculty of Political Science of Paris.
