Bulgaria-Türkiye Cross Border Cooperation Programme Joint Monitoring Committee Meeting
Bulgaria-Türkiye Cross Border Cooperation Programme Joint Monitoring Committee meeting was held on 23 March 2011 in Haskovo, Bulgaria. Co-chaired by Bulgarian Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Mrs. Lilyana Pavlova and the Director of Financial Cooperation of the Secretariat General for European Union Affairs M. Süreyya Süner, the meeting took place on the day after the technical discussions and agenda preparations held by the parties and the European Commission on 22 March 2011.
Bulgaria Türkiye Cross Border Cooperation Programme Joint Monitoring Committee
In the course of the meeting the Managing Authority that is exercised by the said Bulgarian Ministry presented the Committee brief information on the projects submitted under the First Call for Proposals and undergone administrative check and quality assessment. The project package was conditionally accepted by the Committee upon the request of the Turkish Side. The Committee recomended the parties to hold a meeting to be devoted to settle the procedures for the 2nd Call for Proposals and ensue its notice to public in July, 2011
