Egemen Bağış's Visit to the United States of America

Within the framework of his contacts in Washington, Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağıþ met with Ambassador Joao Vale De Almeida, Head of the Delegation of the European Union to the United States on March 16, 2011.

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağıþ delivered the opening speech of the Turkish American National Leadership Conference which started on March 17, 2011. Egemen Bağıþ also met with the representatives of Turkish American organizations within the scope of his contacts in Washington.

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağıþ participated in the meeting themed ‘Türkiye's EU Membership: A win-win case' organized by Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies on March 18, 2011.
