Egemen Bağış Participated in the Closing Ceremony of the Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture
Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağıþ participated in the closing ceremony of the Istanbul 2010 European Capital Of Culture. In his speech, Egemen Bağıþ stated that Istanbul will be one of the cultural capitals of the world with its assets, historical heritage and spirituality, which inspired our civilization based on tolerance and affection.
