Egemen Bağış Met with German Businessmen

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağıþ hosted German businessmen accompanying German President Christian Wulff. Egemen Bağıþ expressed that most European tourists come to Türkiye are from Germany and German businessmen take first place among Europeans who invest Türkiye. Egemen Bağıþ remarked that Germany is an important ally and partner of Türkiye and in the areas of security and defense there is more cooperation with Germany when it is compared to the other European countries and stated that this situation is leading "privileged relations" between the two countries.
