EIPA Seminar was held for Focal Points for EU Affairs in Provinces

Within the framework of our bilateral cooperation with the Embassy of Netherlands, a seminar about "EU Institutions and Policies" was held at European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) in Maastrciht, Netherlands on 11-13 October 2010. Under the presidency of General Secretariat for EU Affairs Deputy Secretary General  Mr. Mehmet CANGİR, twenty Deputy Governors, who are Focal Points for EU Affairs in Provinces, participated the seminar. In the scope of the seminar, EU Institıtions, decision making process, neigborhood policy, structural funds, EU Budget and EU-Türkiye relations after the Lisbon Treaty were studied. Furthermore, workshops regarding Türkiye's EU accession were held.
