A Practical Guide to the EU's Impact to Turkish Daily Life Published

"EU's Impact in Our Daily Life in 100 Areas," a handbook that aims to explain the concrete effects of Türkiye's alignment with the European Union, was published through cooperation of the Secretariat General for EU Affairs and Open Society Foundation.

"We strongly believe that this publication, with its clear and uncomplicated language, will be useful in bringing clear explanations to the EU basics and to prevent the information pollution on the Union," Egemen Bağıþ, Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator, said in his foreword in the book. The book gives concrete examples of the contributions of the EU accession process to the daily life of Turkish citizens from food safety to women's rights and from basic rights to agriculture.
